Canon 50 Baptism by three immersions, not one
Ἱεροὶ Κανόνες τῶν Ἁγίων καὶ Πανσέπτων Ἀποστόλων

If any bishop or presbyter does not perform three immersions of one initiation, but one immersion, which is given into the death of the Lord, let him be deposed. For the Lord did not say, Baptise into my death; but, Go, make disciples of all the nations, baptising them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, μὴ τρία βαπτίσματα μιᾶς μυήσεως ἐπιτελέσῃ, ἀλλ᾿ ἓν βάπτισμα, τὸ εἰς τὸν θάνατον τοῦ Κυρίου διδόμενον, καθαιρείσθω. Οὐ γὰρ εἶπεν ὁ Κύριος, εἰς τὸν θάνατόν μου βαπτίσατε· ἀλλά, Πορευθέντες μαθητεύσατε πάντα τὰ ἔθνη, βαπτίζοντες αὐτοὺς εἰς τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ Πατρὸς καὶ τοῦ Υἱοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἁγίου Πνεύματος.
