20th-century bishop and wonderworker known for ascetic life, missionary zeal, and pastoral care of refugees across Shanghai, Western Europe, and the United States. A key figure in Orthodox diaspora history, he founded institutions for orphans and strengthened liturgical life in exile communities. Feast: July 2.
