Canon 67 One who forces an unbetrothed virgin must keep her
Ἱεροὶ Κανόνες τῶν Ἁγίων καὶ Πανσέπτων Ἀποστόλων

If anyone, having taken an unbetrothed virgin by force, holds her, let him be excommunicated; and let him not be permitted to take another, but let him keep that one whom he chose, even if she happens to be poor.
Εἴ τις παρθένον ἀμνήστευτον βιασάμενος ἔχοι, ἀφοριζέσθω· μὴ ἐξεῖναι δὲ αὐτῷ ἑτέραν λαμβάνειν, ἀλλ᾿ ἐκείνην κατέχειν, ἣν ᾑρετίσατο, κἂν πενιχρὰ τυγχάνῃ.
