Compline (Apodeipnon)

The last service of the day, prayed after supper. Small Compline is the everyday form. Great Compline is served during Great Lent (Monday-Thursday evenings) and features the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete during the first week. Includes the confession of faith, Psalm 50, and the prayer 'It is truly meet to bless thee, O Theotokos.'
